This is our best meal in Amsterdam. Impressed by the Chef&rsquo;s creativity and ability in striking a balance among different ingredients. Could feel the Japanese element in some courses. The presentation of each course is beautiful and the food itself is flavourful. Will definitely come again!

His family&#39;s Three course meal is quite amazing. The signature yew chowder is the most delicious I have ever eaten. It is a small compensation for myself after a week of heart-power. ​

If you can only choose to eat one, it must be this one. From the past dishes, main dishes to desserts, all challenge your taste buds, and each one makes you full of praise. ​ I especially recommend the cheese rice cover here, which is really fragrant to doubt life.

For example, pickled radish and beetroot with caviar and cream sauce, lobster with cucumber and honey pear with mayonnaise, every dish was very salty. The French are the best at making calf&#39;s sweetbreads, and it was my first time to eat roe deer. And the service was so bad that it could be described as rude. There is a very good breakfast here, fried eggs are all of us like.

Very good food for Amsterdam. Location is a 10/10 and even though I had to fight a bit to get the answers I needed, the staff was knowledgeable about allergens and gluten free food.
